Summer Day Camp 2024

Camp Registration is now closed.

Day Camps for Ages 6-10: Time-Travelers Camp July 8-12, Nature Camp July 15-19, and Vaquero Camp July 22-26.

Day Camp for Ages 11-13: Unplugged Camp (middle school), July 29 – August 2.

Hours for all camps: 10 am – 3 pm

Standard registration for all camps: $275 per camper

How to register for camp:

Click the button on our website that corresponds with the camp you wish to attend to pay and register. We will send an email with the registration documents to the email you use at checkout prior to the start of camp. Please fill out these documents at least one week prior to the start of your camper’s session(s).

Scholarships:

To request a need-based scholarship contact us at AlanaR@rancholoscerritos.org. Scholarships are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dear RLC Camp Families,

We know many of you are eager for news about our 2024 camp season. I am so pleased to say that, after a one-year hiatus, RLC’s summer day camps are back this year!

The goal for each camp session is to create an engaging, safe, and fun environment for local kiddos to learn about the history of RLC and the Long Beach area. Each of the camps focuses on a different aspect of that history, and the various time periods and groups of people who helped make Rancho Los Cerritos what it is today.

Whether you are a returning camper or are brand-new to the site, I am excited to welcome each and every one of you to RLC this summer for what I’m sure will be our best year yet!

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We know things can change rapidly and if at any time Rancho Los Cerritos feels it is no longer safe to proceed with in-person camp this summer we will make the difficult decision to cancel in-person camp. If camp is canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic campers will be given a full refund. If you wish to cancel your camp registration, notice must be given in writing via email to Rancho@RanchoLosCerritos.org at least one week prior to the start of camp.
