Saddle

Date: circa 1882

This western-style saddle was used in both Colorado and New Mexico in the 19th century. The dark leather features tooling, including stamped rosettes in several places, alternating with oval-shaped maker’s stamps in others. This saddle is currently on display in the Foreman’s room.
