Butter churn

Date: 1893

This small butter churn consists of a glass jar with metal works including aluminum paddle, wood handle grip, and hand crank. The square glass jar reads “MADE IN AMERICA” on one side. This glass churn is a Dazey-type, after the St. Louis Dazey Churn & Manufacturing Co., and was meant to be utilized within the home. Currently on display in the food storage area.
