City Nature Challenge
City Nature Challenge at RLC
City Nature Challenge is a 4-day community science event dedicated to documentation of local urban wildlife.
Participants will document wildlife on their tours around the Rancho and share their findings on the app, iNaturalist.
Cities will compete for who can document the most observations, find the most species, and get the most participants involved.

Rancho Los Cerritos will be offering City Nature Challenge tours on Friday 4/26 through Monday 4/29. See below for the schedule:
- Friday, 4/26: 1 pm – 5 pm
- Saturday, 4/27: 10 am – 5 pm
- Sunday, 4/28: 10 am – 5 pm
- Monday, 4/29: 10 am – 5 pm
