Rancho Los Cerritos will close for brickwork repair and floor refinishing from June 12-23, 2017. These necessary repairs will make the site safer and more comfortable for the museum’s guests.
“We will miss seeing visitors coming through the Rancho during those two weeks, but we are excited for the opportunity to tackle these important deferred maintenance projects,” Rancho Los Cerritos Executive Director Alison Bruesehoff said. “We were fortunate to receive funds from Measure A and as always are truly grateful for our partnership with the City of Long Beach.”
The site will reopen on Saturday, June 24, in time for the rancho’s next performance of “History Comes Alive,” featuring Mark Twain and Jedediah Smith. Tickets for that performance are on sale now at www.rancholoscerritos.org.
