“Feast of the Corn Moon”
Featuring Foods of the Southwest,
Presented by: Primal Alchemy at Rancho Los Cerritos

Join us for two unforgettable evenings honoring the ancestral foods and cultures of the West Coast and Southwestern nations, crafted by award-winning chefs in collaboration with Primal Alchemy. The feasts are being hosted on native land at Long Beach, California’s historic ranchos, Rancho Los Alamitos and Rancho Los Cerritos.

These feasts will celebrate the replanting of seeds and honor indigenous voices through food, music, and art. Land stewardship is a responsibility shared by everyone and is reflected in the sustainable methods used to produce this event. Menus focus on the regional foods, preparations, and ingredients as noted.
