Dinner tickets are sold out.

We can’t wait to greet you in the historic backyard for a night of socializing, fun, and supporting the Rancho. You can check-in at the backyard starting at 5:30 pm. Below is some helpful information.

Welcome Back Dinner Information

  • Check-in in the backyard starts at 5:30 pm. When you enter the main entry gates walk to the top of the hill and walk through the Forecourt on the right to enter the backyard.
  • Dress attire is backyard barbeque, please note we will be outdoors on the grass lawn so dress for the weather.
  • Dinner will be buffet-style catered by Virginia Country Club.
  • Performances by the Bixby Born Trio are sponsored by Susan Wise.
  • The two-story living room will be open and members of the Millrock restoration team will be available to speak to you as well as Lllewlyn Bixby’s descendants Barbara and Jean Bixby.

Parking

The main parking lot is located across from RLC’s entry gates. From Virginia Road turn left after Virginia Country Club and just before RLC’s entry gates.

Limited parking, including accessible spaces, is available in the forecourt parking lot. Drive through RLC’s entry gates and turn right to enter the parking lot.

Accessible parking spaces are also located in front of the Visitor Center. Drive through RLC’s entry gates and turn left.

Rideshare Dropoff

If you are using a rideshare service you may be dropped off at the main entry gates. If necessary, you can be dropped off at the top of the hill in between the Visitor Center and the Forecourt. Enter through RLC’s main entry gates and drive to the top of the hill.
