Is There a Thing Called Spring? is a book of poems and essays written by Florence Green Bixby between 1894 and the 1930s, which was privately published by Ward Ritchie Press in 1936. Florence’s family fondly remembers her always holding a yellow notebook, ready to jot down anecdotes and poems as they came to her. The subjects of her poetry were typically her family, especially her children.
