Started in 2012 as a local day of giving, GivingTuesday, which has since become an international day of transformational philanthropy, takes place the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

During this season of gratitude, we thank you for supporting Rancho Los Cerritos. As we prepare for GivingTuesday, we are reminded that we are only able to do what we do because of your generosity!

In 2024 some of what we make possible together includes:

• Keeping admission free to the treasured 180-year-old adobe home and its surrounding gardens, a local, state and nationally recognized historic site
• Hosting 4th grade field trip program now called, “Adelante: The People of Rancho Los Cerritos”
• Providing transportation funding making it possible for Title 1 schools to visit
• Our current exhibition, “Untold Legacies: Rethinking the American Cowboy” which sheds light on the diversity of the American West
• Continued preservation of historic gardens and enriching experiences like monthly horticulturist-led bird walks
