Many of our volunteers have been with us for years and have truly become part of the Rancho family.
If you enjoy gardening, join our volunteers and horticulturalist to help preserve the landscape. Gardening volunteers assist with pruning, weeding, composting, general grooming, and small garden-related construction projects. Volunteers also help plant bulbs, annual color, small perennials, and shrubs.
Join the group that produces garden-themed items for the Museum Shop. Garden crafts volunteers also help with holiday decorating.
Garden lovers can share their joy of plants with visitors by becoming a garden docent. The serene 4.7 acres of landscaped grounds include trees from the mid-19th century, historic roses, and exotic vegetation.
