After-Hours Holiday Tours

December 12 & 19, 4:30 – 8:00 pm

Historic figures will enliven Rancho Los Cerritos as they demonstrate holiday traditions from the 1840s through the 1930s. In the courtyard, costumed interpreters will engage with visitors and share information about the activities that are happening in the exhibit rooms.

Warm seasonal beverages and live holiday music will complete the festivities (Covid-19 protocols permitting). The Outdoor Museum Shop will be open during the event. This event takes place primarily in the Rancho’s courtyard, so visitors should dress for the weather.

These self-paced tours will take place on Sundays, December 12 & 19, starting every half-hour, 4:30-8 pm. Visitors can check-in at the Welcome Desk 10 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time. Group size is limited. A confirmed reservation guarantees admission; walk-ins will be accommodated as space permits.

Mask-wearing is required in the sunporch, social distancing is expected between households, hand sanitizer stations will be provided, and contact tracing protocols will be followed.

Rancho Los Cerritos gratefully acknowledges the Port of Long Beach for helping make this program possible.
